I stopped by DHY last season almost by accident. I've bought five motorcycles (HDs) from another dealership prior to my visit, and DHY sold me my first sportbike. From the first purchase, I have to say this dealership was the single best that I have come across compared to any other bike or even car dealership I have dealt with previously. The salesman are very straightforward and they know their merchandise extrememly well. The folks in parts will work with you on anything from small modifications to a complete customization. Their service department is managed by Craig who always goes the extra mile to get your bike completed and save your next weekend, or in my case, my next race event. The purchase process and insurance is seamless and I left the same day with all of my paperwork for all 3 purchases so far. So far, I've purchased and sold a 2008 R1 thru DHY, purchased a 2009 Zuma scooter, and a Yamaha 4500iw generator. I've also purchased thousands of dollars worth of race parts, race gear, and had several services on my former streetbike and current racebike completed by these folks. These days I only ride the track where I'm either coaching or racing and DHY is the one place I trust to get the job done right, at a resonable price, and with excellent customer service. Thanks for such a great experience and you've got a customer for as long as I can throw a leg over a bike.

If you want the "Mercedes benz" of snowblowers, get the honda HS724WA! You definitely get what you pay for; quality and dependability. I have had my hs724 for 15 years and it still runs like new. This machine still "wows" me everytime we get 12"+ of snow. It cuts right through and sends snow 25 ft in the air. It can even handle ice and slushy mess. The best part of cleaning up after a snow storm is that I can set the depth a little higher and clear paths around the yard for my dogs to run in. Its like making a maze to play in, and we all know walking the dog is impossible for days following big storms. I love it, my dogs love it, and even my neighbor has gone out and gotten one. It was handed down to me by my father, and is now called the heirloom snowblower. DHY handles my parts and service needs excellently. In 15 years it has only needed oil changes, and one scraper replaced. Probably less than $100 in maintenance in its lifetime. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PURCHASE

I hope this is read by all of those in charge. I have been coming to you dealership for a number of years for parts on some old bikes I would tinker with. This February I purchased a 2005 Shadow 1100 ACE from a private owner. I brought it in for a full service and check-up the first week of March. That was a great experience but it is what occured after that I am writing about. I had only ridden the bike a little over a dozen times due to the weather when on day the first week of May it just died coming down the highway. Mike had one of the guys come out and tow me in. It was detemined at the time that it was the voltage regulator/rectifier. An expensive repair. I picked up the bike on May 12th and all seemed well. I took it for a ride early the next morning and it once again just died and would not start. This time it was 8:30 in the morning and by the CVS Plaza on Rt. 45 in West Deptford. I coudn't call the shop because you were not open till 10. I pushed the bike into the lot and walked in to Woodbury to catch a bus home. I drove up to your shop at 10 to let Mike know what was going on. Mike was absolutely great. He made what could have been an ugly situation easy with his professionalism and his genuine concern. He sent someone out to pick up the bike immediately and promised to check it out ASAP. Mike called later in the day to let me know that they were able to replicate the issue. He got the bike started and left it running. After some time when it got good and hot it just died and would not start. Mike said that it was likely the pulse generators and that the regulator/rectifier was probably neer the issue. He offered, without my asking, to put the old regulator back in and credit me, fix the pulse generator, and have it virtually come to a wash for the repair costs. I have worked in customer service for many years, as manager of a tire and service franchise, in retail, and serving internal customers in a corpoate setting now. This kind of honesty along with Mike's attitude is one of the key ingredients to making lifelong customers. Mike is to be commended. Thanks for the great service Mike!

Did the demo ride on 5.21.11. OMG, we had a blast! I was smiling the whole time! You have got to do the demo rides when they have them. I own a CBR1000. Tried a Stryker for my second bike, and the FZ8, and a FZ1 for my women's first bike. Stryker was very powerful and comfortable. FZ8 was a lot of fun but really like the pep the FZ1 had. I went in just looking and explained to Bill what I was exactly looking for and explained last time I road a bike was in 86 and a few dirtbikes as a kid, Well found a bike that interested me and was told by Bill that would be a perfect bike to get back into it, I left a deposit and wasn't sure when I would be back to have someone look at it due to the weather and my job, went home looked up the bike and found out that its the best bike to learn on and perfect for beginners, Well the next day we got hit with the bad ice storm and me working in the electric company I was busy for a little over two weeks, never once did Bill pressure me on nag me about the bike and when we did talk finally he was very understandable about my work. I did not purchase my 2013 Victory Cross Country Tour at DHY but I received a recall notice for the fuel pump and came in to see the service department. Mike told me he would order the pump and as soon as it was in he would call. The part came in sooner than I expected and I made a appointment for a Saturday morning. I brought the bike in at 9 AM and all work was complete in about 1-1/2 hours. The bike was clean just the way I brought it in. and everything seems to be working fine. I found out on Saturday Sept5th that my Motorcycle insurance had a problem and I could not contact the insurance company as it was a holiday weekend. My wife had already taken her bike to work and I wanted to meet her after work. I called DHY about 1:00pm and talked to Samantha who said she could get me insured that day. I told her ok and got to the dealer about 2:30. She had me insured, supplied with insurance cards and out the door in about 15 minuted!!! In December 2015, I contacted Craig Miller to ask for professional information to upgrade my front and rear suspension on my 2004 Goldwing with 64K on it. He suggested to go with the Race Tech set up for both front and rear. I was leaning towards Progressive, but he seemed very knowledgeable so I took his suggestion. DHY installed front and rear Race Tech suspension, new front seals, front and rear tires and brakes plus changed all hydraulic fluids. They did an excellent job and Craig's info. was spot on. This past weekend 4/16-4/17/16 was a great weekend because of DHY. When i got on my new 2014 Yamaha FJR to ride Saturday afternoon much to my dismay i had a flat an bike wouldnt even roll backwards to get it out of the garage. So i aired up the flat found the nail and realized I could make to DHY just a couple miles from my house. I was figuring at that time of day i would just be letting it there. ~NOT~ I think i got there at 315pm again on Saturday. After a quick look thru the computer a new tire appeared and before i knew it my bike was on the lift with new tire being installed. Within 45 mins of arriving with a bad tire I was fixed up and on my way to a great riding weekend. DHY service, shop, dealership, YOUS ROCK. This is why I will only buy at DHY. Not only was Jessica able to obtain a new policy that was substantially cheaper than my old policy, but she's been an absolute pleasure to deal with.
